• We provide shipping services across all regions within Georgia. Dispatch time is 2 business days. Delivery time within Tbilisi is 1-3 business days. Delivery time within Georgia is 2-5 business days.

• The shipping cost is determined by the delivery timeframe at the checkout, ranging from 7.00 Gel to 24.00 Gel for Tbilisi, and from 7.00 Gel to 13.00 Gel within Georgia.

• For parcels under 500 grams (1.1 pounds), the average shipping cost is $22. For parcels around 1 kg (2.2 pounds) in weight, the average price for shipping across Europe is $27. The dispatch time for orders is 3-4 business days.

• Shipping times may differ depending on your location, approximate  delivery time is 7-10 business days.The shipping cost is determined by the delivery timeframe at the checkout.

• For parcels under 400 grams (0.9 pounds), shipping is just $21. For parcels around 1 kg (2.2 pounds), it’s typically $29. The dispatch time for orders is 3-4 business days.

• We highly value your satisfaction as our customer. If you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase, please don’t hesitate to contact us. To facilitate an exchange or refund, simply return your order in its original condition within 15 days. Please keep in mind that items returned in an unsellable condition cannot be refunded.

• Refunds will be issued promptly for returned items, deducting the initial postage fee. Prior to a replacement or refund, faulty items must be returned to us. Replacements will only be made with the same item. When returning items, we recommend using a secure postage method that allows package tracking. The item remains your responsibility until we acknowledge its receipt.
